Just got paragon but can’t do paragauntlet …

Just got paragon status, but because I completed tb event quest fully explored as a thronebreaker I didn’t get the ticket that unlocks paraguantlet (need to be paragon).

And now it won’t let me get the ticket.

Is there a way I can get it ? Or should I have waited to 100% tb eq and then completed once I was paragon.?

    Send a ticket to support, had the same thing happen to me when I got Paragon this month after exploring TB EQ and they gave me the gauntlet ticket.
