I'm stuck on summoning screen with just coming soon when I log in

Everytime I log off and then log back in later I'm created with this
I don't what causes it to happen but the only fix I know is to keep deleting it and re-download it everytime and log in for it to work properly.. I really don't want to keep doing that just so I can play the game on my phone..
