How to email kabam directly

Anytime I ask I get redirected to an article and I'm like okay so how to actually send you an email regarding what I want solved.
I want my email changed for my kabam account and the article says I need them in order to be able to do it so how to I get them to do it when I can't talk to them directly????

I'm appealing from the ban that you gave me..since I play from 2015 until now I did not try any of your accusations..idid not use any third party,I'm only playing by my self,I enjoy playing everytime I open your site..there's is no reason for me to use that third party that your accusing me..hope you consider it..thank you..
