Red Skull Buff Issues

In aq, map 6 in the first phase, the red skull has at least two issues that i noticed.
His parry reduction percent is supposed to be 10% per armor according to the description but I failed every parry I tried on 3 different champs (Doom, Hood, Kingpin).
I’m taking direct damage hitting him. I’m not striking into his block I’m just hitting him. I lost significant health hitting him, like 30% health in two hits on an r4 Doom. Same thing hitting him with Hood.
