The 47.0.1 hotfix to address the issue of freezing & flashing lights on loading screens when trying to enter a fight, along with other smaller issues, is now ready to be downloaded through the App Store on IOS.

Error pops up when I try to submit a ticket for customer service!

Dear kabam support,
I dont know why but everytime I try to submit a ticket for customer service, it doesnt let me submit it!
Error looks as follows.
Error:
계정 이름: Unable to create/update fields: Name. Please check the security settings of this field and verify that it is read/write for your profile or permission set.
I think you guys didnt lower the security level of the support webpage ince you guys switched to a new forum site...
I really need help! What other ways can I contact you guys?
