Confusion about Banquet event eligibility Time period..

I have one confusion.
Let's say I joined an alliance on the 10th of December and I wait for 14 days (e.g. -: till the 24th of December) before I buy or open any crystal, then will I be able to get all rewards from alliance-based milestones and be eligible for Alliance based rank rewards as well ?

You will be able to get all alliance rewards, even those unlocked before you were eligible, as long as you meet the minimum points to qualify. You will also receive rank rewards.
