Howard The Duck Bug or Intentional? [Not a Bug]

Using Howard's sp1, you place a debuff with a permanant 6% reduction in various stats. Nowhere in the description of this ability does it mention a limit to the number of stacks that can be placed.
In practice, it seems this is limited to 4 stacks, but this limit is not stated anywhere.

Is this a bug or is this intentional and just omitted from the description?

    Same as x-23....nothing in the description about stacking bleed, but capped at 5 in practice

    It’s intentional the cap is listed in his spotlight but absent in game.

    It is mentioned max of 4 stacks.

    Hey OP. The debuff from Howard's SP1 is intentionally capped at 4. Sorry for the confusion!
