    you have to join before the event starts on the 20th, but everyday you join past the 6th you need to wait that many days to participate. so if you join today you need to wait until the 23rd to open any crystals and claim rewards. they’ll be a timer on the event itself telling you when exactly you’ll be able to participate and earn points

    You can still get alliance milestone rewards if you join somewhere by December 19th. But you’ll have to wait till last day to buy or open any GBC’s as the points won’t count until your 14 day waiting period is up.
