How to know the contents/pool for dual and basic crystals?

Hi all, new player here and I'm really confused as to which crystals I should be opening to find the characters I'm interested it. A lot of discussions that I've seen seem to have in-depth knowledge of what's in each crystal, but while I've looked and looked I can't find anything that says who is or is not in dual or basic crystals. Are there lists that I've missed somewhere or are there just all characters in these crystals? I'm looking for Titania, Black Cat, Venom and Black Widow as my first choices.

    Try Class based crystals when they are out for above champions. It would take lot of crystals to find ur champs, but class based crystals are best for such scouting.
