Why there is no 6 star featured crystal in gbc this year

I want to know as previous year gbc contains 6 star featured crystal but why this year gbc don't have it?

    Materials and components for the 6* featured crystal (as well as quite a few other possible prizes) are still hung up in a supply chain snafu. That’s why the prize list looks a lot like last year’s inventory.
