automatic connection to a banned account

before explaining my problem, I use google translate (I don't understand English so I report it in case of bad translation).
At the start of MCOC, when we only had 4*, a player suggested I do the Labirynth of Legends. I accepted and my account was permanently banned because it had used cheating software, so I stopped MCOC.
Years later, I met a friend who played MCOC and showed me to what level the game had evolved, making me want to start the adventure again.
I created a new account (mid December 2022) and invested heavily in the game in order to reach the high level which is done since I am valiant and in a good alliance.
Everything works well until December 13, 2023 when I decide to change my iPhone.
I connect using my Icloud ID to transfer my data to my new phone.
my configuration finished, I start MCOC and to my great surprise I get the screen which tells me that my account has been permanently banned (I am certain that it is the old one whose identifiers I no longer even remember) .
I deleted and reinstalled the application but impossible to get past this window, I cannot log in, no access to my Kabam identifiers. I disconnected the game center, reinstalled, I even created an Apple ID just to redownload MCOC but I have no option, no connection, I can't even launch the game as a new player.
This is a serious problem, you allowed me to create a new account which I used for 1 year, I spent a lot of time there and invested a lot of money, I changed my phone and I no longer use it. no longer have access. I just want to be able to enter my Kabam ID.
To make matters worse, I don't know the identifier of the banned account which loads automatically every time, it's still incredible.
