Kabam "so close" to the summoners

Kabam banned my friend's account because attackers hacked his account and pumped cheats there. This shows 1. that the Kabam members do not have a normal system of account protection, and 2. that they are absolutely helpless when they blocked the account, they stupidly did not come up with the functions to restore the accounts. It's just a shame. My friend's account was no less than 4 years old, quite a long way, but the Kabam people stupidly cannot admit their mistakes, so they stupidly do not respond to the request for support.

Tell your "friend" not to share password next time.
