Suggestion for 6.1.1

I have sentinel as my main champ will he help throughout act six ?? I have other good champs but i really don't have much gold at all so should I try to do act six ?? Or get gold and try and upgrade the better alternatives ??

My current team is quicksilver sentinel peniparker(6 star) venom colossuss
