Spider gwen vs Dino dude with new defence tactic.

So idk if this is a bug or something but I was testing spider gwen against sauron in aw. Usually she would evade his specials but for some reason she wouldn't evade him when he had 2 unblockable buffs (one from his abilities and one from defence tactic) the node didn't reduce my ability accuracy or stopped evade.
However when he has 1 unblockable she would evade like normal so whys it different when he had 2?
