Does White Mags work for the last phase of the Necropolis GM?

I know White Mags has Psychic Shielding, but I also know that it's basically just a worse version of true immunity to reverse controls. Does it allow Mags to do the last phase of the boss fight or do I need to bring in someone with a proper immunity?
