I crash in bg matches right when i finish the fight

It happend 2 times now and after that it disconects me from the game, when i go back the match is lost and trust me it wasnt a match to loose , no forfeit or any bs from me, played on iphone 15, the controls are also very sensitive or idk sometimes instead of heavy it dashes either back or forth or does not do anything

    I should have taken the screenshots with the disconecting and all, probably nobody will believe me or even look into this issue! I dont mind loosing but at least give me a chance to fight!
