Collector Fight + New 5 Star Team

Hi, I'm currently on Act 5.2.6, where I have to face the Collector, and I'm looking to create a new team for the future. I was wondering which heroes I should use for this fight and which ones I should invest in for future content, including monthly events with uncollectible difficulty, and to progress further in the story. Here are my heroes thank you!
