Missing rewards from monthly calendar and event

in Bugs and Known Issues
I logged on to get the rewards from the November special calendar and when I clicked it to see what i was getting I then backed out and after I did the special calendar event disappeared. Then at the end of the monthly calendar when I was supposed to get a hela or Thor (ragnorak) I logged on today to get that reward but I did not receive one after I discovered this I backed out of the game and then relogged back in to the game and there was the same result as before.

    Please get back to me on this subject . My email craigmcconnell56@gmail.com I am new to the bugs and errors of the game because this is the first time that this has happened to me and I feel very cheated in this game
