Banquet event contribution points not reflected to alliance event compare with solo event

I’m already achieved 6 milestone to 18k points but points didn’t reflect to alliance event

    You opened them too early, you need to wait until you’ve been in the alliance for 14 days.

    I thought crystals were supposed to count towards the alliance total for the alliance overall if a new member opens them before their waiting time is elapsed, just not count for that new member's personal needed points to be eligible for claiming the alliance milestones. We had a new member not notice the timer and spend all his units on crystals but it doesn't show it counting for the alliance at all, not just for him. Has it always been this way, because I thought I recalled it working differently in previous years?

    Here we go. It's has already been informed that it won't count if you are not in the alliance before 14 days of starting banquet event.

    I joined on the 4th but was apparently past the time cutoff, similar boat. Oh well. Lot of time left
