Karnak's 2 special attack info:

Damage from this attack increases by up to 588 based on how low the opponent’s Health is at the time of impact.

But does the 588 inscreased with recoil mastery ? for exemple 3/30 recoil 30% 588x0.3 ?

    And another question it's says " based on how low the oppenent's health " but it's not on % percentage %.
    How to get the FULL " 588 bonus attack ", when the oppoent has 50% health ? 40 % ? 30 %?
