Selling Tier 4 Class Catalyst Bug - Losing Tier 5 Class Fragments

Has anyone else noticed this?
If is sell a tier 4 Class Catalyst, the Tier 5 Fragment count for that class resets to just the amount that was gained by the sale.
Losing all of the previous fragments!
So in the image below if i sold the class 4 skill i have in the stash, my tier 5 fragments would drop to 1000 and i would lose 39,000
I have tested this twice and am now 2 tier 4's down.
