Banquets alliance rewards

I joined an alliance few days before ( sure before banquet reward starts) later 2, 3 days banquets starts I spent more than 6k units I got solo rewards but alliance rewards showing zero and saying 4d to activate as you joined new. I have solo unit points around 68k which is same applicable to alliance rewards too.. attached screenshot.. will I get my rewards after 4 days? Is anyone else facing his type of issue? Is any policy changed ?

    You won’t getting it all you had to do was to wait for that’s timers to disappear not hard to understand

    I have a friend that is uncollected but the milestones or not there for him and I thought this event is for uncollected players. Our alliance is at the 7* crystal but because he does not have the alliance event he can’t get the rewards but I see other people in global chat that are uncollected and had the 7* from the event

    If in the alliance tab you see a timer like this below. Read what it says. It tell you when to open crystals, otherwise you will not contribute points for you alliance event and therefore not be able to claim any of the alliance milestones achieved. You need to wait till the timer is gone first before buying or opening any GGC or GC. If you open ahead of time it doesn't automatically added your previous points to the alliance event either so if you want to help the alliance and yourself, don't open or buy any GGC or GC till the timer is gone. Hope this helps.
