Customer Support not seeing my response?

So I had a problem with a payment in the game and I contacted customer support. They told me what I had to do and when I did it I had to respond back to the e-mail with a screenshot.
I did all the steps and responded but then after a day of nothing got a message back saying if I didn't respond in 48 hours the ticket would close.
So I responded to that e-mail specifically as it told me to do so but now I am still not getting an answer/update. I assume I can just respond to the email they send me? It tells me the email arrived with no problems so why am I getting no response but a message that indicates they have not seen a response from me yet?
Am I simply being dumb and not seeing what to do? Do I have to wait longer and assume it just goes well?
