The ability to obtain Tier 1 Alphas

Just a suggestion/request for the Kabam team. All of newest offers and contest rewards are geared towards 5* and eventually 6* champs. I am excited about the opportunity to rank 5 a 5*, but I feel that there the ability to obtain tier 1 alphas is cumbersome and has been missed in the thought process. I routinely run the alpha arena and have used up my glory/valor for these alpha.
Here is a suggestion. Please make these t1 alpha more accessible. Or can you reduce the number of tier 1 alpha required to rank up a 5*?
