Red green bundle bug? (TB players can access PG Bundle)

Don’t know if this is known or not, but some players have access to the 7* red green bundle, without being paragon.

For example, i myself (on one of my accounts), am only thronebreaker, with no r4 6*s, i do however have 7*s rank 1 from banquet + starry eyed, but i assume this wouldn’t count towards eligibility.

    Is it ok TB or maybe even Cavalier can have access to this bundle?

    I'm thronebreaker as well and I see it, I assume they're just grouping up tb with paragon, I was cav and would be grouped with thronebreaker for some bundles and (event) missions.
