Didn’t see bundle limit still took my money?

I just looked at the web store and i had 4/4 on the 50 usd bundle even though i bought all 4 on the app. stupidly i didnt see there was a shared limit but why did the store take my money even though im not going to get the bundle?? can i do anything to get the money back?

    You'll have to go through Xsolla if it was the online store I believe. I don't know if Kabam can directly refund you through their store.

    Piggybacking on my prior comment since it's too late to edit, contact support first about it, as even if you never got the bundle, a refund may put you in redunit balance. It happened on my account once and it took a while to remedy.
