Has anyone else encountered this bug in act 4 chapter 4?

in Bugs and Known Issues
the quests from 4.4.2 to 4.4.5 are bugged, when I try to just see the ennemies it shows their power to be between 4500 and 6000 but when I enter the quest it shows ennemies with 18k~20k power, these quests were not this hard when I finished them a few years ago, anyway can anyone help?
