Peni parker bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
During bg, when i was fighting peni with Cgr, i lost fight due to bug or i don't know about her ability.
When you hit on block of peni, the sync shield supposed to decrease, but when i was fighting in the bg, it wasn't reducing even i hit on her block, is it bug or something.

    No its power shield. Her shield decreases when she takes damage but with power shield basics do no damage. The only way to decrease would be throwing specials into the block.

    Not a bug, just Peni being Peni

    Well, i tested this in practice and you can reduce the power or sync shield by hitting on block even basic attacks decrease power shield.
    After hearing your serious theory, i doubted myself. 🤣🤣
    But i am right, that is bug a that i mentioned above.

    Well, now i understand what happened in bg, If you hit on the block and can't deal any damage due to bg nodes, she does not take any damage thus no reduction in sync shield.
    She is kinda overpowered in this bg meta.
