not able to send in game message

in Bugs and Known Issues
anyone else not being able to send in game messages in global chat alliance chat battle group chat or chat amongst friends ? ive deleted app & redownloaded it still not able to

    Does your message not send and the text stays there or does it dissapear when you hit send. If it's the former could be a bug if it's the later than it's probably a chat ban, if your chat is gone for more than 3 days it will be a permanent one if not than it's a temporary one.

    You can try contacting support but they'll either tell you the same or give you a bunch of nonsense at first then eventually tell you not much you can do about anyway after 3 days they won't undo it.

    its been more than 3 days but i cant possibly understand a ban from global or my own alliances chat or even to send messages to friends i havent done anything ban worthy just recruiting in global

    Unfortunately it's permanent then, and they will not tell you anything about it. The same thing happened to me around this time last year and I didn't say anything bad either or anything.

    I even sent them screenshots of conversations but they didn't care and purposely sent me nonsensical responses for awhile that had nothing to do with me until that period of time( didn't know anything)

    So i kept it up for awhile until they finally said something about me being chat baned but won't let me know why, wouldn't do anything about it and they won't review it after 3 days.

    So there isn't much you can do, you either have to use outside apps or use another account both of which I'm doing.

    No my thing has been acting up as well. Do you need to type in things like 2-4 times? Or is it like not able to talk at all? With me it’s the 2-4 times where the text doesn’t register. If you can’t talk at all, u probably got too many people to report u. If you were treating global like a dating site or spamming, those people normally get reported I have noticed

    Not nesscesarily, when I got mine I was in the middle of conversation with my leader and fellow officers and it was just about juggernaut as a 5* and that I wasn't happy about.

    No curses, no spam, no reports, no inappropriate behavior and barely used the golbal chat in general then a ban happened out of the blue and they waited 3 days to respond which locked the ban in and support was less than helpful and I still have the logs from that time as well.

    On my alt I do occasionally have issues chatting but again if it's over 3 days without being able to chat and all messages disaper when hitting send it's a chat ban if it comes back within 3 days it's a temp one.

    Say you type in Hello and it just vanishes and so does every other message afterwards, on the other hand if you do the same and it just takes time or a number of tries then that's just a glitch with the chat. Which there have been many in regards to the chat not to mention the filter is a buggy mess and very sensitive.
