Question about upcoming Raids

So with Raids being available in the near future I was wondering about two things. I was not able to find an answer about this anywhere.

1. Will I be able to use alliance War defenders as attackers for Raid or will they be locked?

2. Will I be able to use Champions as an attacker for Raids and Alliance War at the same time?

Would be nice if a mod can clear things up, would help a lot for planning things ahead.

    It hasn’t been explicitly said but I am approaching it as having the same champion restrictions as AQ, as it is run within that framework and replaces one of the AQ weeks for those that participate in Raids.
