LF1 experienced Map 8 player & LF1 Map 7 player

I run Infinity Gauntlet. An alliance that is Gold 1 the last few seasons, we try to run a fun stress free War and run AQ fun but with the purpose of always clearing the maps. My alliance goals for War and AQ is always 100% clear the maps. Each player pulling their fair share of the weight and helping their teammates. If that doesn't happen trust me that I and my officers will deal with those players. We do not like kicking out players but will if they are not pulling their weight.
I am looking for a active player that has Map 8 experience. And I am looking for an active Map 7 experienced player.
We run assignment paths for both AQ and AW.
We currently score between 4 to 6 million in Battlegrounds season as an alliance however we do not have a minimum requirement. But that will probably change after the new year but nothing guaranteed at this time.
We are a relaxed alliance but with slow and steady progression. If you aren't working to get better and help those around you in the alliance then that's not the teamwork I am looking for.

Oh! the openings will be a available after the Gifting Event ends and the Rewards drop as I try to be fair to players with big events like this even if they are causing issues for the Alliance.
