Kitty and Hyperion benefit the most from their awakened abilities and neither really demands an sig level investment. Between those two, there’s no bad choice. It’s just a matter of who you like more.

There’s also a fun argument to be made for Medusa, she still holds up decently, but not as well as Hyperion does.
