Alliance war (scratches head)

Just wanted to clarify whether I’m just crazy…

Been playing for a while but pretty new to being in an alliance…

Guy in our alliance war, shows he dropped 1 point each on 2 separate fights. That means 2 deaths right?

If so, how is it possible that all his champs are alive, and no items were used?

Guessing I’m not understanding it correctly. Can anyone help me out?

Well that makes sense then. What does count?

Health potions (team or individual) count toward item usage.
