I recently joined a new alliance but still was going to get the ranked rewards because I didn’t join right after the banquet event started but when I went to claim my alliance rewards today my points had not transferred from solo to alliance.

    If you opened crystals and got points before you joined the alliance your points aren't going to transfer over

    everywhere is even told u you point wouldn’t count one the yellow texts in the alliance events

    They sent this to every single account that is eligible to participate, so don’t you go saying that they didn’t inform you
