First time heavy causes degen. Does it happen only once on a fight? How does heavy attack degen work?

    he inflicts degen the first time he steals power, nullifies a buff, and causes the opponent to miss, but only the first time; do all three in one fight and you get a persistent charge that extends degen duration, and if he’s awakened the sig also adds another degen every time the opponent misses.
