Galan SP2 bug is causing him to miss out on 2/9 of his incinerates (while in harvest mode).

This has been an issue for almost a full year now. I've made support tickets and other forum posts with responses all saying it will be passed up the chain. It still hasn't even made it to the trello board. Yet other bugs get put on trello within days (such as the sandman root bug). @Kabam Miike

I've attached a file of me going into practice mode for some proof.

    I've had that ever since I got galan last year, I kinda just let it go assuming it was working as intended

    @MarvelNoob yeah it's just very frustrating because it effects the despair mastery and his damage in general. I've lost many BG fights using him because there was just 1 or 2% health left on the opponent that would have been killed if he had those 2 incinerates.

    For you it's probably not as bad because you haven't known any better but I remember when he had his full potential and it just feels wrong.

    On another slightly related note I have the same thing with Kitty Pryde. I got her just when relics came out and I immediately placed the storm relic on her. It was so powerful and then Kabam relized it was way more powerful than intended and they nerfed it. I haven't been able to enjoy Kitty as much as that short amount of time. Still love her though and I have her as an ascended r5.
