Updates to side quest and monthly events?

Are we going to see a rewards buff for these game modes? Wondering if we will see 7* and titan shards in any of these events. It’s still pretty tough to grind out titan shards, especially. A set of 24 carinas challenges only yielded 25% of ONE crystal…that’s insanely low. All end game content is 100% on my account and I have zero way to acquire more meaningful materials for someone at my level. I’m sure I’m not alone hence the ask. Any response (from the game team)is a good one.. Thanks in advance, fellas
