    I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that you can't do that. Kabam owns your account technically, no matter how much time/money you put into it. They can legally take it from you. Take what I said with a pinch of salt tho because it is based on what someone else on forums said and they might be wrong
    You can try and sue anyone for anything. There wouldn't be anything to stop you. How far you'll get is another story.

    Kabam does own your account.
