[iOS and Android] Angela signature doesn't work as intended in AW

I have experienced this bug on iOS and Android (on account related to an alliance colleague of mine).
The issue was still present before the update to the v.42.1.0, so I have not checked if it has been fixed yet.
It seems like Angela is not able to immediately shrug off debuffs if she has 3 or more buffs on her (she is sig 200).
The bug seems more related to bleed debuffs than others.

In the screenshot Angela is fighting vs Maestro on node 45, I have the video too but I don't know how to post it.

Have you experienced the same issue too?

Deep wounds mastery. It will add that extra 2.5 seconds after angelas reduction. This is how flat time additions work

As the above poster said, if you face that issue with bleed, it is always always because of deep wounds
