Role Forces are where the Extra Damage Comes from.
You get 1 Role Force for Each Role Charge that isn't your own when completing a mission.

- Does this mean that if All three Role Charges are at 10, and I complete a mission, I get 20 Role Force? Or just up to 10 role Force?
