Glory store issues

I tried to purchased some T3AC fragments from the glory store and when I did the amounts I purchased reduced the amount, I had 5 it was then at 4. I have tried to rasie a help ticket, but I'm struggling with the security questions, my account is almost 9 years old . I answered what I believe to be correct

I just wanted some advice or to see if this affecting other people to raise awareness and hopefully my get my fragments back

Im confused. You're saying you purchased it once and the limit decreased by 1?

I believe they are saying they had 5 in the inventory, purchased 1 from the glory store, and the inventory stock went down from 5 to 4…

Which is strange, because they are talking about fragments, not fully formed catalysts…

So before I purchased I had 5 full and 34361 fragments.
I got the 10 stacks (@6750 each) of fragments from the store should have gone up to 7 full and 11861.
Instead it decreased to 4 full and 11861

Similar issue for me. I had 3.5 Tier 1 Celestial Alloys. I spent 1900 glory to get 1400 Tier 1 Celestial Alloy fragments. Now, my inventory shows only 3 full Tier 1 Celestial Alloys. Instead of getting 1400 fragments, it appears that I subtracted 1400 fragments, or the system forgot to “carry the 1” to give me the correct amount of alloys
