ACT 2.2
Science - Team Scorpion (includes AV & Kraven) + Spider Ham & iBom
Boss - Mr Negative - MVP Agent Venom

ACT 3. 1
Mystic - usual suspects Doom, Wiccan etc
Boss - White Tiger - MVP AA (just watch out when she hits 15% HP)

ACT 3.2
Cosmic - Venom, Galan, Gamora champs with Buffs
Boss - Bullseye - MVP Prof X but take White Mags for his passive stun pre-fight. Fight is a walk in the park

Then use Prof X. Build up his chargers and just spam his SP1 (while doing so build his prowesses)

Alternatively and actually safer is use Apoc. Only issue is you need cable to have Apoc instantly at 4 charges so along with white mags you take up 3 of your 5 team spots.

Mind you Cosmic Venom and Gamora easily make the normal paths easy

I might use wags + prof x, then bishop for backup (not sure how well he works tho).
Venom and galan for path.

I tried to do them with mercs to prep for paragon challenge. Luke cage took white tiger with his stun lock. Even ate 2 sp3s and survived
