Galan Harold bug

Is the galan Harold bug a known issue? I’m not sure all the ways it happens, but I do know from the current AQ running, that I used galans Harold to activate on herc, then while doing a fight I needed to pause, and ended up timing out. Herc has now lost the Harold ability that was fully ramped up, and galan has used all activations and cannot do it again. I know this has happened to me several times previously in AQ and couple times in war as well, but unsure of the circumstances surrounding how it happened those other times.

I’ve also noticed several times in war, despite galan winning the first fight, he sometimes doesn’t gain the charge from it and I have to use him on a second fight to gain it.

    Haha yeah, probably autocorrect but it could have just been my dumb ass. Still… it’s a bug right? Do they know about it?

    It's very similar to what happens in incursions so i want to say not a bug but it's just different enough that it could be unintended here

    Pause out counts as force quit, and force quit removes persistent effects.

    Also regarding galan not getting his charge, He only gets charge by defeating a non dimensional being. So if you defeat champs like FAM or cgr, you won't get a charge

    So if the game crashes, it does this also?
    Yes, when game crashes you eventually quit in middle of fight, so it does it, but I hadn't personally verified that one.

    That’s ****. Punished for kabam’s faulty programming. It’s frustrating enough when the game crashes on you, but to wipe out the herald as if it was your fault? Lol. Useless
