Ultron Recovery Mastery

Ultron does not seem to be getting the small Regen that should be given from the recovery mastery, all other champions correctly have it

    You're thinking of Salve, which has no effect on Robots.

    Also, pacify will have a small % to not make his regen not activate as well if your opponent has it and stuns you.
