Just make sure u read the nodes and pick the right champ and boost and ur good. The nodes are simple (imo) and the rewards r pretty good. U just need a good ally w/good communication and teamwork. U also have to do ur part tho. But other than that, ur gonna be fine.
It's not that hard. It'll take a little time to get used to if u don't get it but it's really not hard.
Thanos.Boss - do block, intercept, dex when he tells ya (purple passive)
Kang Boss - end combo with medium. Then alternate to light ending combo. Repeat.
Maestro boss- just punish heavys and specials. (Same animations as Act 4 and abilities are simple. I think it's the same as act 4 maestro)
Ultron boss - special attack alternate (like Kang but with special attacks)
U only take 10% HP max per attempt so work with team
