Cannot Login.

The screens tell me to check internet 🛜 and I am using the internet to upload this issue from the device that tells me to confirm I am connected to the internet. All the other things on my device work fine and without any issues. I have been experiencing this for an extended period of time. Any solution(s)? I have restarted device. Removed / deleted application and reinstalled. It gives the same error on cellular & or wireless connections. I am sure that all the items that I would have been able to claim have expired and are no longer available.
