A good champ Request

Dear Kabam
I was playing this lovely game more than 2 1/2 year now , I spend money over and over , i was hunting for SL 5* more then 2 year and i was not lucky enough to get him then you release GP and Spidy and blade I try for them all in future Crystal and basic crystal and you kabam you don’t love me enough to give me any of them I am now at 0/9 in future Crystal and seriously thinking to stop this game I cannot continue spending a lot of money and get nothing , just receiving disappointing after disappointing , what is the fun in the game usually when you ask someone to spend money you should give him what he’s asking for so he will be interested to continue , my team rating 576K and my name in game is fruzter ,
Sorry for writing this but I get fedup seeing low profile player getting this great champ from basic Crystal , and the Loyal player getting nothing

    How are they supposed to know what champ you are hunting for? They cant read mind, only wallets and pocket books.
    My suggestion, stop spending! Possibly find a new game or something out in the real world to spend your money on that is actually worth it.
    Your rating is higher than mine, but there is no way I'd pay to get there.

    They know bro that every player need SL 5* to finish the LOL 100% or at least GP or Spydey or Blade

    its all RNG they dont give a (removed by mod) about specific peoples accounts, its all random.

    I will give my slef last chance in this game by end of Feb 2018 if i don’t get SL 5* or GP or Spydey or Blade i will Quit the game for ever 😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡

    Your problem is you aren't spending enough.

    Also spelling and grammar using the English language.

    Also if fun only means getting 3 champs, then it's time to reassess your life, seriously bro.

    At least I’m trying to explain my issue while I’m not using my language so let’s see if you can use my language to explain any Issue.
    My language By the way is ( Arabic )
