Unable to trigger VQ since 30 Nov after Thor feature arena end

Our team is a 10m active alliance, out of 30 players i would just based on a min 5 person ( for sure it will be more than 5 person) to hit the milestone and rank rewards for daily solo (50-60k Valor points per day)
from 30-Nov to present 4 days ( 50k x 5 players = 250k Valor points x 4 days = 1m VQ points )
And non of us able to trigger the VQ, is this another work as intend ?
