Bug in Raid

Hi everybody. I need your help to understand why our BG is not at 100% in raid. We cleared the map entirely but we are still at 63%. Is it a bug or are we missing something ?

I find that in various areas of the game, there are visual bugs when it comes to things like that. Hopefully that is all it is here.
