But yeah, Kabam support (not the forums) can put you back in the quest. This has happened before for a variety of reasons and they tend to be pretty reasonable about it. It is tough, but it's far from the worst glitch that could happen to your account. Make sure you go through the proper channels (there is a support ticket method in-app) to report this and don't just rely on forums. I'm not saying this couldn't reach the proper people, but while the mechanism for forums does promote feedback and interaction with Kabam employees, this is not the way to account for individual account fixes.
I'd be interested to know why your account backed out if the quest if it wasn't genuinely a mistaken "quit quest" click. I know this has happened with server turnovers and updates on occasion, but for it to be on Kabam's side, something like that would typically have to happen to prompt the quest to kick you out.
they need to i play this game long ago and i have one page for support this guys that have 15 000 guys. and i hate this errors. they will or they will pay or i will see copy rights
They didn’t take his combo away on purpose. The tools they have can put you back where you were on a path, but they do it as if you are just entering the quest. It is unfortunate that this happened, but consider yourself lucky that you were able to be placed back in at all. It is better to be where you are with an unramped Aegon than it would be to have to start all over.
I don’t know what your threat there is, but as a general rule I’d say threatening the people who just did everything they could to help you is not a great move.

AND keep in mind that your Aegon will reset back to 0.
